Subir Vyas is an Associate Director and leads Human Capital at MicroSave. In this role, Subir manages the overall HR responsibilities including building robust HR systems, processes, policies to enable the institutional vision and mission and building a solid foundation to support organisation’s growth and manage change.

He has over 25 years of experience in leading /managing the HR function in India and at other international locations. He has worked inBangladesh, Dubai, Indonesia, India, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Africa, Egypt and Turkey. He has expertise in strategic talent management, HR-Business partnership with CEO & executive leadership, engagement & total rewards, business-enabling people strategies, people & organisation effectiveness.

  • MicroSave- Associate Director, Human Capital in India, 2013-on-going: Leading the firm’s global offices for Human Capital Management & Development.
  • Rezilient People Consulting in India, 2013: Owned and managed a boutique size HR consulting firm, assisting companies globally with talent acquisition, talent management, performance management and employee engagement.
  • Gap Inc. Supply Chain Human Resources in New Delhi, India, 1998-2013: Leading the human resources & global employee engagement function for Gap’s offices in the India Region (New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, Egypt and Turkey).
  • Bechtel India Limited in India, 1994-1998: Handling setting up HR systems, processes and policies for the India office since inception.
  • Triune International in India, 1992-1994: Managing recruitment, framing policies and procedures. Preserve organisation values and handle compensation & benefits along with performance management.

Subir ran "Rezilient People Consulting", a search partner and talent management consulting firm partnering with companies globally in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Leadership and Engagement. Subir has previously led the HR function for 2 major US companies’ India Region office, including apparel major Gap Inc., and engineering & construction leader – Bechtel. He holds an MBA in Human Resource from International Management Institute, New Delhi/ NCR, India.
