Isaac Ondieki, joins us from Ernst & Young, where he was Executive Director for Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Ethiopia. Prior to that he was with Deloitte as Associate Director. Isaac brings more than 20 years’ experience in areas including IT related strategy development, financial management, operations improvement, project management, change management and knowledge transfer. 
With Ernst & Young, Isaac was responsible for managing the book of business including driving revenue growth, client management in the region, and budgeting. Isaac has also been keenly focussed on potential project portfolio issues to prioritise; assess resources, timing, quality, scope and risk, and fostering a knowledge transfer culture within the team. He reported to the CEO of East Africa and Middle East and had a team of 37 people in Nairobi and 5 people in Dubai. 

Isaac has worked with Government and Public Sector clients and Private Sectors clients predominantly in the Financial Services, Power Utilities, Supply Chain and Retail Chain sector. 
Isaac is also an active member of Professional Associations and Publications - Project Management Institute. He has worked on projects/programs focusing on the development sector, financial inclusion and financial services.  Some of the key projects led by him include USAID Project on Integrated and Comprehensive Clinical and Community HIV/AIDs Services; Africare Project through the USAID Program; Project for Equity Bank aimed at improving the Bank's customer experience; Digital Policy development for the Government of Kenya and Azania Bank Project aimed at improving the operational efficiency of the bank and improve the cross selling of the bank products to its customers.  
Isaac has done Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the University of Sunderland, UK, and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi.
Isaac is married, his wife is a researcher in a University in Nairobi. They have two children: 17 year old daughter and 11 year old son.
